How to join OMSL?

Once you are licensed and have a specialty permit, you can join OMSL after being credentialed with the host office. This takes 60 to 90 days.

What about compensation?

Surgeons are compensated at the end of each month based upon adjusted production. You do not need to wait for the collections before being paid.

Will I need my own equipment or staff?

OMSL provides a turnkey mobile operation and will provide you a trained surgical team along with needed equipment.

What’s my relationship to OMSL?

Each OMS is assigned to a location every month and functions as an independent contractor for OMSL.

Do I need a DEA?

As an OMS you will need you own DEA. OMSL has set up corporate DEA’s at each location that you will be able to use when administering controlled substances. Your own DEA will be used for patient prescriptions Does each site require a General Anesthesia Permit?

Each state has unique rules. Some states allow the credentialed licensed OMS to work at multiple sites while other states require an inspection at each location.
